UpLead Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: February 12, 2025
1. Overview
The UpLead Affiliate Program (“Program”) allows participants (“Affiliates”) to earn commissions by referring new customers to UpLead. By joining the Program, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility
- The Program is open to individuals and businesses worldwide.
- Participants must have a valid PayPal account to receive commissions.
- We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.
3. The Subscription Services, Product, and Data.
- There is no limit to the commissions an Affiliate can earn..
- Commissions are recurring as long as referred customers maintain an active subscription.
- The minimum payout threshold is $50.
- Payments are processed once per month via PayPal.
4. Cookie Tracking
- The default affiliate cookie duration is 60 days.
- If a referral clears cookies, uses incognito mode, or switches devices, tracking may not be registered.
- Signing up through your own referral link is strictly prohibited.
5. Prohibited Activities
To maintain program integrity, the following practices are strictly prohibited:
5.1 Ad Hijacking
- Affiliates cannot bid on branded keywords such as “UpLead” or variations in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, or any other paid advertising platforms.
- Affiliates cannot use UpLead branding, logos, or any similar elements in paid ads (PPC, social media ads, etc.).
- Direct linking to UpLead’s website through paid ads is not allowed.
- Affiliates must not attempt to appear as UpLead or act as an official representative.
5.2 Misleading Promotions
- Affiliates must not make false claims about UpLead’s features, pricing, or promotions.
- Spammy, misleading, or deceptive advertising is strictly prohibited.
- Any attempt to impersonate UpLead, including using fake customer reviews, is a violation.
5.3 Unauthorized Coupon & Discount Promotions
- Affiliates cannot advertise unauthorized discounts or use misleading coupon codes.
- Any affiliate promoting unapproved coupons will forfeit commissions and face potential account termination.
5.4 Fraudulent Activity
- Self-referrals or signing up under your own affiliate link is strictly forbidden.
- Any fraudulent, suspicious, or unnatural traffic patterns will result in commission forfeiture and possible removal from the Program.
- Any attempt to game the system (cookie stuffing, multiple accounts, etc.) will result in immediate termination.
6. Compliance & Review
- UpLead reserves the right to review and audit affiliate activities at any time.
- If an Affiliate is found in violation of these Terms, UpLead may withhold commissions and/or remove the Affiliate from the Program.
7. Termination & Payout Disputes
- UpLead reserves the right to terminate any Affiliate account at any time, with or without cause.
- If an Affiliate disputes a payout, they must contact support within 30 days of the transaction.
- FirstPromoter is used for tracking only; any payout concerns must be addressed to UpLead directly.
8. Changes to Terms
UpLead reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes, and continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
By joining the UpLead Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
